fell off the wagon for a couple days because I was visiting a long distance girlfriend in Chicago. Did more cardio than push ups

All things considered, i'll be about 1,500 behind schedule tomorrow. I can still finish this!

I just ran 6 miles and did 300 pushups. If I didn't wear a suit all day, I think I can get 1000 in a day, but I am limited to before 6:30 and after 8:00.

I hope people are doing this more as a challenge or as a bridge to starting a workout program and aren't expecting to get much in the way of results.

I've been doing this in addition to my regular workouts.

Chest day is the hardest.

Some guys might actually notice more fullness or tone to their chest, but I agree I hope they use this as a lead in to a consistent workout program.

200 yesterday, 200 more today.

Ive gone back to my default daily at this point. Just switched workout programs, gonna push hard to hit 1400 RAW.

Well, thanks for being here. You sure did shed a lot of light on this situation. Here I was thinking my legs were going to get fricking JACKED by doing all of these push ups. I'm lucky you came along to point out that push ups alone are not enough for a well rounded physique.

We're 22 days in, too bad you weren't here day 1 to point out this hidden treasure of information.

Any other life hacks you have in store for us?

I'm doing this in addition to my normal workout routine.

Also, where in the hell is Paedin? No one's numbers have been updated past 8/15.

I'm not sure. Last time he checked in he had something urgent come up for work so he was AWOL for a few days. Possible the same thing has happened again.

Well in the meantime, I'll make sure to write down my totals on my own so I don't fall too far behind. I'll hit 7,000 total by the end of the night.
