Going to be a long month. 1/3 of the way into the days quota. I think I'm going to be short the first week or so then hopefully I can make it up in the latter weeks.

damn. I aint got the endurance for that

two a days in July kicked my arse, and now the gf starts her 2 a days and wants me to do her afternoon HIIT program with her. It might kill me

You got it man. It will get easier. Even if you don't get to 10k, having the commitment for an entire month will be just as worth it.

Me neither. I laid out on the floor and started to do the "modified pregnant lady" version at the end. Ain't none of this going on

Going to be tough to hit 333 a day in Vegas

I think I could hit 333 today but tomorrow will be tough. I didn't do nearly enough prep work for this.

Haha I have decided to run this challenge with T25 and heavy weights

May do 500 a day
