Connecticut, New York and New Jersey governors released new guidelines that will punish those in violation of the states’ mandatory 14 quarantine in fines up to $10,000. However there is a huge PGA tour event kicking off in Connecticut tomorrow. A LOT of the players reside in Florida, a state that meets the 14 day quarantine threshold

The restrictions go into place tonight and the players have been in CT since Mon-Tues.

Aren't there stipulations that if you can provide a negative test within a certain time period before or after arrival, that you are exempt from the quarantine? Seems like the PGA Tour's testing protocol specifically would meet that threshold. Or I could be wrong.
