How do you like the DI model? I just picked up an MT6X for $100 off eBay, seemed like a good deal

It's fun, but the thought has crossed my mind to get something a little bit more manageable. I got it because other shafts I was fitted for were pricey. I got in touch with the guy who does the clubs for a lot of the long drive competitors and decided to go all out.

Tried out the Hzrdus smoke yellow 6.5 70 gram yesterday with the Taylormade Sim, and it fit me like a glove. It was perfect. They guy’s Trackman was 100% juiced up, but I was getting some really good numbers along with hardly any left or right in the dispersion. I’ll probably get it when the new Taylormade comes out and it’s not $500.

Honestly, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
There are so many great shafts out there right now, it seems to be a little crazy to buy a $400.00 shaft and expect a world of difference.
I had the Orange DI-6 shaft before. It was fine, but not life changing.
Of course I use to have a Matrix TP7 ($1000.00) and I didn't drop 5 shots a round LOL

Just buy a couple used ones to try like I did lol.
I picked up a Tour AD MT 6X for $105 and a Tour AD VR 6S for $170. I'll see which one I like best and likely just sell the other one. Or trim it and switch it to a fairway shaft for my 3 wood
