This will force weight shift

As someone who constantly struggled with fat shots, this immediately worked for me a while back... that and developing some sort of tempo by counting 1-2-3 during the swing.

If you haven't checked out SagutoGolf, he's a big proponent of setting the weight forward and leaving it there. He's also goofy and entertaining.

Video yourself from looking at your front and also from your back leg. Do this now, and then again after the drills to compare the difference.

Simplest & most generic training;
Practice swinging with your feet together.
Then practice swinging from a kneeled position.
With your struggle for weight shift it probably leaves you pushing/fading/slicing, and that is basically impossible to do when hitting with your feet together or from your knees.

Practice regular stance but don't start your swing from regular position, instead start from the top at your hinge-point and start with 50% swings just focusing on over-pronouncing the hip turnover with your trail leg.

If I ever completely quit the game, it will be because of this.

I have been following Saguto Golf for the last several months now and his theory has helped me, especially in keeping my weight forward. Like a lot of struggling golfers I've watched too many you tube videos. I decided to at least only follow one and it has been Saguto. I agree he's gets a little goofy sometimes but it tolerable.
