Other rules starting next year that we should be able to get away with now:

- Grounding your club in a hazard
- Moving impediments in sand
- Take a drop if your ball is in a divot
- Dropping from any height
- Putt with the flag in the hole

If they can change another rule to allow a player to drop a ball where ever they want after hitting into a hazard - tiger may never have to cheat again
