Visiting Florida this weekend for a wedding and was offered to play at Tiger Point GC. Can anyone give me any insight/intel on this course?

Fun tract. Lots of wind and water. No cart girls, but they do have bar huts at several of the holes. It's been a year or so since I played it but at the time it was in great shape.

I played it twice a couple years and it was a fun course. Got my lone hole in one on #2! It does have water and can get windy.

I think it’s regarded as the best public course in Pensacola area.

I remember there were some patchy spots here and there in a couple fairways, but greens were great.

The beer/concessions hut is kind of in the middle of the property and you get to it somewhere around Hole 7 and wrap around and come back to it about Hole 13. Also a hut beside the pro shop with the same stuff.

I heard the management changed over the last couple years and that it's much better than a few years ago. It's a cool course, so I was glad to hear that. Will definitely give it another shot when I'm in Pensacola.

Also a big fan of this course. As others said can be very windy being on the bay but always in good shape and interesting layout.

It really is a fun course. I am not sure it still exists, but one hole had a sand trap in te middle of the green. Have fun.

I played it a few years ago. Course was OK. Fun layout but not in great shape (in May). The thing I remember most was how rude/flippant the staff was. Every person who worked there treated us like we made them come in on their day off, it was weird.

The clubhouse is massive and the opening hole has the widest fairway in the world but a damn bunker right in the middle that is a vaccum

That’s what I remember most

It’s been 10 years since I played but decent tract with wind. No real view of Gulf. Maybe a view in a couple of the bay. Flat and some water hazards.

Just an update after playing Saturday. IMO, really nice course. Everyone we encountered that day was friendly and appreciated us visiting. Greens were in really good shape but challenging to read. Plenty of areas to get in trouble (Sand/water).

Try hidden creek on the north side of the island.
