I’m just a casual golfer but thoroughly enjoy it. My problem is finding my ball once it’s in the air. I focus so much on keeping my head down so I wind up not being able to find it, and that adds so much time to my golf game. Any tips?

Don’t do that. Let your head rotate thru impact without lifting up. Will probably get some more club head speed along with it.

The whole “keep your head down” is more to do with staying in posture and not standing up early.

It’s easy man, just look in the opposite direction of where you aimed

I start with the rough. Check the fairway as a last resort

It’ll vary depending on the club. Wedges I should) have the highest trajectory and Driver moves the fastest, so, good luck.

I play yellow balls and that helps a little

“Stay centered” is probably a better thought for many golfers.

Head restriction can really mess up a swing.
The body needs to stay in posture. Keeping head still is important in putting, but with full swings, the head moves. It does not move violently, but it is not perfectly still.

In recent years I have trouble seeing my ball after it's about 150 yards out. I have two sets of glasses - one for 3-feet in (I'm in front of a computer most of the day) everything else is a blur. Another pair for 80 yards and out - night driving and such. Anything inside 80 yards is a blur. Neither prescription works for golf and it's starting to really piss me off to the point I am considering Lasix.

It can also mess your back/spine up.
