I think it closes shortly after the Masters and reopens in the fall.

The course closes Memorial Day. That weekend the regular staff gets to play the course or they can send a guest in their place.
At that point I’ve been told by a few friends who’ve played it under those circumstances the rye is barely hanging on.

I think it’s great news. Patrons would not have been permitted if they were to keep it in April.
