TaylorMade Advisory

Was at the PGA Superstore today and the guy told me that they are having quite a few of TaylorMade irons coming it where the heat cracked them because the customer left them in their trunk during this heat wave.
Not a good idea to leave any clubs in the trunk right now, especially foam filled heads.
So far they have only seen TM clubs with this issue.

Taylormade makes shitty stuff. They have elite marketing but their clubs are garbage.
That’s my hot take for the week. And I stand by it.

I don’t blame you baw. If I could hit 300 yard + buttery cuts at a mile above sea level id be onto something.

Heat also affects the epoxy bond between club head & shaft, weakening the bond. Could separate club head from shaft during swing…

I actually think that’s why they release new clubs every 3 months. Keeps people ignorant to the long term woes.
As far as I’m concerned, the 2011 TP irons were the last decent TM product

Their burner and rocket ballz irons were great

Honestly think Taylormade has become better than they were.
I had multiple face cracks in the the years of the r11 white driver and after. They would always replace the driver but it got super annoying. Eventually I sold the new one they sent me and bought a titliest. Currently play the Taylormade blade irons and love them. I know there’s not a lot of tech in a blade.
Also have to give Taylormade credit their marketing is damn good

I have a rust spot/flaking just above the ferrule of my PW on a 2020 P790. Do I have a case for a return or sol?

It's possible.
Send a picture to their customer service department.

Because the thinner the face, the further the ball will go.
