What's the deal with the course? Seems to be a stellar Arnold Palmer layout, but the stuff I find online says it is in bad shape. Am I just seeing the same stuff that we had in BR earlier this year that everyone is through?

Anyone play it recently?

I played there about 3 months ago and it was fine then. I have not heard any bad reviews. The layout is fantastic and they are always running specials.

You should check with Butt9Bandit. He's the one who determines if a course is in good shape or not.

Played it last month for the first time.

Great layout, better have an app to show you some of the hazards.

Condition not great. Granted they had a ton of rain that week but what I saw was just a lack of funds. I believe funding is low and it shows.

Can you give me a comparable. It's obviously not Fallen Oak or The Preserve. But how bad is it.

Webble Beach bad? Carter/Greystone? LSU?

Played there last year. Just had a run down feel to it. For 40-50 bucks or so would be a fair price.

Playing The Bridges for the first time on Saturday. Looking at the layout & scorecard online, doesn't look like driver is the play on most holes.

Any advice is appreciated

Played there last year and it was fine. Yes, it is very much a placement golf course. My advice is play smart but aggressive the first time to learn the layout. It is a really good layout that rewards great shots but has lots of penalty areas, bunkers and tough green complexes. Be real careful off the tee on #11, 17 & 18.

Course is fine casino is a dump. I last played in November on a cold windy day which made it fun- it can lack excitement if the wind isn’t blowing.

Played it yesterday morning and it was in good shape. Definitely the dryest course I've played on in months.

Played it way too aggressive. ELEVEN penalty strokes. Not proud lol

Glad it was in good shape. It is a difficult layout to play the first time, so don't get down. You will do much better the next time you play there, knowing where to go. Cut out the penalty shots and make a few birdies! The hole placements can be very tough also!

Yeah I had a blast playing out there. And they had the pins in a few tough locations, right on top or in the middle of a ridge. We played from the one ups, and it seemed like we were playing up quite a bit. There was a good 40-50 yard difference from scorecard to SkyCaddie on several holes (#17 was playing about 230 yards).

Played The Bridges yesterday. It has probably been at least 2 years since I've played out there and I gotta say, I was very impressed with the improvements made in course conditions! The course was in really good shape... although wet. The greens were fantastic! That was the most surprising part because they were horrid my last time out.

I've always loved the layout and that is still the case. Such a fun course to play.

Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a round out that way!
