Hogan also fought off a snap hook. Hogan's rules really don't apply to the average golfer who fights a slice.

What? I only bought one book when I started at age 41, "Hogan's Fundamentals". That is the only book you need period to understand and play golf well. Yes, he fought a snap hook for many years until he got his grip right, which is what the book is based on.

My handicap went from a 22 (non official) to a 7 (official) over a 4 yr period of doing nothing but revisiting that paper back book. It is only a "swing" book, so yes you need other skills to play golf, but for a swing nothing can beat it period end of story.
