Not sure about BR, but I am playing in a Spark league here in Orlando. Seems to be well run. Weird having a virtual league, but I like it.
If you are very competitive, you might get frustrated. Not seeing any rhyme or reason to the points system or handicapping/strokes that they use.
Currently tied for 6th.

I played in it last year at City Park. It can be fun or dull depending on who they pair you with. You and your partner will be paired with another twosome, sometimes those guys were just there to drink a couple and play golf and have a good time, sometimes they were competitive and didn't say much at all.

If you are competitive you won't like it, there's no real way to verify anyone's handicap as you just manually tell the app your "handicap Range" on 9 holes i.e. 0-3, 6-9, etc. and then you take the lowest net score on each hole between you and your partner. You can win money for low score on holes and we saw a lot of sandbagging because of it. 12 handicaps birdie 4/9 holes for 4 net eagles? lol.

It's a fun concept if you don't care about that stuff. Nice to get out and play a quick 9 after work and meet people in the process. I think it's also a 15 week league and you only have to make 8 of those weeks as they just take your 8 lowest scores.

My biggest gripes about last year:
1) City park had no range and there just wasn't time to swing over to another range to dial in the swing before the 5:30 start time, so I spent the first few holes each round completely hacking it up.

2) City Park was pretty much always soaked and soggy. Muddy mess just about every week, even when it hadn't rained in a couple days.
