What do you think of the four Captain's picks? Particularly Tiger picking himself?

Our worst player is likely ranked higher than most of their team. If Tiger wants to pick Freddie Couples, Phil Mickelson, Dru Love, and one lucky amateur who won a raffle, IDGAF.

Should have been Fowler over Reed. Fowler has a better overall season and is the team glue guy

I'm just blown away that Kisner wasn't picked.

I mean, Tiger did win a Major and then started out this year by roasting the competition.

Got no issues with him picking himself. I like Fowler's personality more than Reed. But Reed seems to be a little more consistent.

Reed is 6-1-2 in Ryder Cup. Fowler is 2-4-5.

Reed is our Poulter when it comes to team competitions.

Fowler is a nice guy and his wife is a looker. Those only two reasons he could be picked ahead of Reed.

Reed, Finau, Woodland, and Tiger

Woods essentially picked the best guys available by World Ranking.

He's 8th and the other 3 are 14-16.

Fowler is 21 and Kisner 33

That’s highly debatable. Rickie only had 1 top ten since the Wells Fargo.

It should have been Kisner.

I honestly don't have a problem with any of his picks. Reed is solid in match play.

Koepka withdrew and Tiger named Rickie as his replacement. Would have preferred Kiz, Todd, or Na, but whatever.

I don't have a problem with Fowler being picked.

Losing Koepka is a major blow to us winning in Australia imo.

Kiz is just the IDEAL selection, I'd pick him over Rickey or anyone else. Straight as an arrow off the tee, phenomenal short game and is nails on the putting surface.

He's also a match-play assassin

We're all excited about this year's event. The course is outstanding, the fans will be loud and we're playing against great competitors. We're ready to go."

Is this a dig at Koepka? Seems like it to me.

I think he is speaking about Fowler and completely unrelated to Koepka.
