I just need to hit like 5 balls before actually teeing off to see what my ball flight is doing that day. I generally play a slight draw but a lot of times I get a hook going so its nice to know how bad the hook/draw is before playing.

I am the exact same way. I want to see that first ball go left and then bring it back to a controlled draw

I stretch in the morning before i shower.

I rarely hit a ball on the range before a round. But i'll try to visit the practice green if im not familiar with the speed of the course im on.

I spend my ten minutes getting a hot dog, a drink, and bullshitting everyone in the clubhouse.

Stretching gets my vote. Maybe a few chips and putts along with it as well.

Voltaren on both shoulders, a meloxicam 15mg, one osteo biflex, and a preworkout powder drink on the way to #1. Lot of cussing after that.

Stretching when cold actually causes loss of muscle performance. Dynamic stretching ie some swings on the range is better if that’s what you need.

For me, chips/putts with a few full swings is enough.
