Has anyone played recently? Considering playing a few days before a game.

Dry. Large cracks in fairways. Greens are burnt.

Last I played was in 2020… firstly it’s expensive. Secondly it’s one of the worst courses I have ever played. Worse by far

He is trying to get a recent update. Comments about playing 10 years ago are not helping. Yes it sucks, but how much does it suck this month? It is more suckage than two months ago or less?

Sad to hear this. Lot of good memories playing there when I was in school.

I used to go pay the 5 bucks for the pitch and putt, back my truck up, and sit out there and work on my short game for hours and drink beer. Played the best golf of my life then, and that short game work was crucial.

It was never in “premium” shape. But you used to be able to play for $15 with a cart and a LSU ID.

It’s still a very affordable golf course, and easy to get good tee times, not crowded. But not a good condition course. Dry, cracks in fairways, a number of greens are dry or muddy. There’s some holes that are better maintained, some are really poor

I play it due to convenience and price. I’ve also found their range is best price and use it often. It’s also poor quality
