a reactionary sport to me involves exterior stimuli (opponents), so no ... you might have to correct on the downswing in some way, but i don't think that constitutes a reaction to an exterior stimuli as in the other sports ...

no, the ball is not moving, so by definition it is not reactionary. however, i would call it predictive since you're estimating how it will react to wind, green conditions, etc.
