I was playing with 3 randoms at a Monroe municipal course when I got a HIO. I think we were all from out of town just squeezing in a round of golf. We all went different directions after the round.

It was a Saturday in the fall and it is common in these situations for guys to order bottles of Silver Oak, Opus, Prisoner etc just to be dicks. That bar tab hits harder because it was a college football saturday and everyone that was on the course knew they had a free bar tab for the day.

If I get an Ace with my buddies, I have no issue buying some steaks. Now with some randos, I’ll just buy some beers and few cocktails.

My club has insurance that covers this - funny my daughter has had 3 hole in ones at the course including dunking one infront of everyone at club championship but since she’s under 18 the rule doesn’t apply

scared the hole with a bunch of randos. I had one film me from the tee box to the green cause we saw 3 balls and not mine. Knowing none of my golf people would be believe me.
rolled off the back,bogied and tank the rest of the round. Deleted the video

Lol, mine was at hole 4 Selman Field (RIP in peace) in 2001. Hit to a foot on the other par 3. Still shot a 45 or so. Have the newspaper mention, scorecard, ball. The club is long gone though.
