Making a run to Lake Chuck and it’s one of the courses we’re playing. Just curious…. I haven’t seen much on it.

Greens are crap. They are rebuilding 4 of them and have what amounts to a Home Depot bucket buried in the middle of the fairway.

Neither of the two are great. Nugget used to be awesome. It’s been going downhill for a couple years. Maybe even longer.

Is it worth going over there?
For the it’s hot people…. It’s a guys weekend, we don’t give a frick. Just getting a bonus round in on Friday. Cold beer and boudin on the way and Darryl’s for lunch.

The National might as well be Augusta National compared to Contraband

I played Contraband for free a couple of weeks ago and it was in terrible shape. I genuinely don’t know if I would even go back for free.
As someone said the National was in great shape just this past weekend.
Haven’t been to Kosati this season but if you can stand to drive another 30 minutes outside of Lake Charles it is my favorite course by far.
