Ya, I blurted out a "frick" yesterday after a terrible chip. Stood there for a second after and just sort of mentally told myself to grow up....and maybe take a chipping lesson if I expect to be a better chipper!

I saw a guy once take about six of his irons and wrap them around a tree. He had a hot temper fueled by short man disease and anabolic steroids.

Good buddy of mine used to play in our greater group pretty often when I first joined my CC three years ago. He started getting progressively worse about getting mad about a shot, carrying that anger with him, and just spiraling through the rest of the round. Got to the point he was throwing or breaking at least 1 club per round, and guys started not calling him to play as much. He was just sucking the life out of an otherwise fun round. I have barely played 1 round with him this year, which sucks because I still consider him a friend, it just feels like you are waiting for the fuse to get lit.
