I will be in Lake Charles Friday for the baseball state finals and would like to play that morning. Any recs for courses- thanks.

National in Westlake is probably in the best shape overall in the area. I would check ASAP for times. Frasch golf course in sulphur is also in good shape, 5 minutes from McMurray. Who is your team?

We played Country Club (Golden Nugget), Contraband (L'Aburge sp?) and Koasati Pines last summer. I'd say Contraband holds water a little too well and its been raining lately. Koasati is my preference of the three but the head pro is a bit of a bitch.
