Any opinions?

Aside from any laziness comments I'd make, I seem to play better when I can mentally discuss my next shot with myself as I walk. I enjoy walking any course as well. I do like the golf cart for carrying the occasional gallon of high-octane bloody mary's however.

Im not real sure what you’re asking here.

Well, sure. You can do that in a cart too.

I walked my home course (Greatwood) 20 years ago when I moved in.

Thought that I was going to die.

It's about 600yds from #9 green to #10 tee box and about 400 from #16 to #17....

Use to walk Fort Bend CC a lot.

Really depends on the course, heat and humidity.

How old are you?

How old do you think I am?

No, it doesn't. I play mostly in Utah which are longer courses and more elevation gain usually to walk. Maybe you should walk more, not less. It doesn't depend on the heat and humidity. I've walked 27 holes at Grand National in Alabama in July. You'll play better.

I think you're probably 70ish, and I'm in my late 40's.

Always a bold strategy to ask for opinions, then tell people their opinions are wrong when they offer them.

I tell you what, you have 5 knee surgeries and a TKR from football and come walk my home course when the humidity is so thick the ball just floats in the air and dies.

I’d honestly like to walk more. Walking in this south Louisiana heat though in the summer is pretty brutal and I’m in pretty good shape. But if it’s lazy…I’m ok with that too.

What sterile area do you live? I can probably guess your home courses' slope rating. I bet its flat and has really green water.
