Don’t rush it!!! Hernias are absolutely awful and you can be out of golf for 3 months!!!

Take a few weeks off. It’s august anyway, now is the only month I’d want to sit out.

I had mine out 7 years ago almost to the day. I couldn’t play golf for about 3 months. The way they puncture your abdominal muscles makes it really hard on your core rotation of the golf swing. I tried to play about a month after but couldn’t swing. Ended up waiting around 3 months.

I had my gallbladder taken laparoscopically a few years ago. I waited the 2 weeks until my follow up. When I asked he said if I didn't feel any pain swinging to play away.

Had mine 11 years ago. You'll be fine in a few weeks.

I had zero faith in my farts for a while
