Going in 2 weeks. They are punching the greens August 14 and we’re playing Aug 20. $55 per person due to the greens. It’s the only time I can go and hoping the greens will be okay by then.

Update:
Played Grand Bear this morning. Greens were punched Monday, so we were able to get on for $55. They were sandy but not bad at all. A few bumps but nothing too bad.
The course is in great shape, I can’t imagine how much watering they’ve done to keep everything green. Clubhouse is great and everyone was first class. It’s definitely in the middle of nowhere but I prefer that to playing a course in a neighborhood.
Shot my personal best round, a day after shooting my worst round yesterday at Beau Chene. What a game.
