Long way from that I think. Need to see what them member numbers do after the filings fill which can take years.

hadn't played Greystone for a year or so and was shocked by how different the course feels with all of that blown out for housing. Had the same feel when Carter cut everything back too.

Yeah especially on 5 because you had woods left drainage right to help frame that shot.

Haven't heard anything like that, but I'd probably stay on as a member as long as the price didn't go up too much. I wonder how many non-members are typically out there.

I live in greystone. No truth to this that I’m aware of.

For reference, there are numerous homes listed for 1M+, but I doubt they are selling for that. Homes are sitting on the market for months.

As for the next filing, there is supposed to be one on the 16th. I’ve heard the plan is to open up between the 10th and 12th green and add homes along 13-18 where it’s currently wooded.

They’ve told this lie to Lakes members since the start of the Links renovation. They change the rules as they go to get the most $$.

The 9s are changed based on the added upgrades being done on each nine. Moving dirt and Fixing cart paths. They also change based on cart path only days due to wanting to have the best course possible when it opens back up. The fees being charged are Lakes green fees. Emails sent in the morning also tells everyone which 9s are being played.

They have grass covering up half the hole on the temporary greens and it’s not that hard to cut the grass growing over the holes, Lack of respect to members that stayed….

Cause they know most people aren’t actually putting on the temp greens.

Getting the entire course ready to open early was the main priority. Once the soft opening and grand opening dates are public knowledge it will be a testament to how hard the maintanance crew has been working to get it ready.
