I know I suck because I’ve been playing for 7-8 years and I finally got my first birdie at Pelican Point. Shot a 102 with 5 pars and the birdie. Last round I played was in July at Carter and it was a complete shite show. Just feels good to do so well. Keeps ya coming back for more.

My lowest score was achieved last Tuesday walking 18. Shot an 87.......not a single birdie, only a few pars. Just didn't have any if those blowout holes, and mostly single bogeys on the card.
Played just prior to that and had a 6 hole stretch hitting pars....never did that before. felt great. shot a 93....had those 2 holes where it went to shite.
i'm learning this game is very finicky, and i'm consistently inconsistent.
