So I recently got fitted and the price for the "custom" club is pretty insane. I googled my specs and it seems I can get them at almost half the price from a place called Fairway Jockey. Anyone have experience from ordering from them? They seem legit. Any other recommendations?

I'm not trying to be a smartass here, but why not learn how to build the set yourself. I have been building my own for decades. Built a lot of sets for others too. This can be done with a minimum amount of tools, depending how deep you want to get into this, i.e. belt sander, heat gun, etc., and they can be purchased on the cheap from Harbor Freight. There are plenty of YouTube videos to show you how it is done. You will save a ton of money, especially since you want to customize a high end set of proline clubs. You will also learn some valuable skills going forward. If your fitting specs call for a lie angle adjustment, you will need access to a loft and lie machine. Those puppies can be very expensive.

Sounds like a club champion fitting.

Mike at Impact golf on Dairy Ashford can get those for you.
Club champion is such a rip off in my opinion.

I agree. Mainly because they try to fit you into a product that is hard to get outside of Club Champion, and then they bend you over hard. If I hear Accra iron shafts, it’s almost a guarantee it’s a club champion fitting.

I got fitted at Impact Precision in spring with recommendation from this board. I was really happy with the fitting but the price is was more than I was thinking. But I think I’m just gonna order them through them guys.

I went there this weekend in Houston and am having major buyers remorse right about now.
They paired me with PingG425 irons w Aerotech Steelfiber fc80 shafts, plus 1" for my height.
