Brooks is not in great form at the moment, but he's won a major at Bethpage and won 3 majors overall in the state of New York. I think that counts for enough.

Brooks shouldn’t and won’t sniff this Ryder Cup team

I wonder if he got a message in his locker from Keeg. Top of leaderboard is looking very American now

Autocorrect hates him.

I’ve tried to put it in correctly 4 times

Anyway, he might be a good young player to put out there.

Big hitter.
Crowd will love him.

Put he and Bryson together

Gotterup might be a good pair for fourball but for foursomes you need to put Bryson with a really good iron player.

Bryson and Henley could be a deadly pair for the alternate shot format.

Go with the young guns with no experience that are playing good, Dichambeau; Spaun: English

Young guns? Those guys are 31-35.

Although agree they should all be taken. As should Gotterup. He smokes it off the tee, hits all all the shots in between and is a damn good putter.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Henley and Scottie together again.

Harman

No thanks

But if you look at the Euro side its damn near a unaminous decision for their 12 guys.

It’s also because they have basically no depth past their 13th player. Makes it very easy to pick your team.

Morikawa needs to figure out his putting ASAP.

The top 12 are straight forward besides Bradley.

If he doesn’t play I think you have to pick Burns because of putting, length and experience. If it’s not Burns, whoever gets the hottest between now and then out of the rest.

Harman won’t be a popular pick because he’s short but his consistency and short game make him worthy.
