Anyone have a successful drill to fix the cupped wrist at the top of the backswing?

I've done a spoon in my glove strap before. It told me when I went the other way but nothing for how far cupped you should be.
I watched a video and it showed where you really just need it straight for the most part and not breaking down.

Bend the right wrist back as far as you can

Book drill - put a book between your palms and take practice swings, keeping the cover of the book in line with your wrist and forearms and pointed toward target line

Slip a credit card a few inches into your glove. If you cup you will feel the card dig into your wrist
