Since 2020 18 majors. 10 of those are owned by active PGA Tour members. The remaining ~45% are not.

Do you really think this is a strong argument?? Did LIV make a flat offer to the top 125 golfers? Of course not, they offered big bucks to the best brands - the guys who win the most. Rahm, Brooks, DJ (at the time). They were gunning for the biggest and the best

I'm almost surprised the number isn't higher, but going 2 of 9 since the split hasn't helped I guess. Be sincere with your numbers

“Jon Rahm playing for LIV isn’t worth since last year when he won a major he played on the PGA tour” -Pride

“The big 10 isn’t worth more with USC being in the conference” - Pride

Where have I said either of those things?

I’m struggling to see where your confusion lies?

Adding Jon Rahm brings value to LIV. But Jon Rahm has only ever won a major as a PGA player. This isn’t rocket surgery

Dude, you’re being ridiculous. You can’t count t majors won on the tour now that they are at LIV.

It’s not like their Major Championships stop counting just because they go to a new tour.

28 now that Dechambeau is the 2024 US Open champ.

What’s wild is that there’s only about 20-22 major winners regularly playing PGA Tour events right now.
Compared to 14 for LIV

8 of those champion golfers are completely over the hill. Completely

It would be the same as the Pga tour bragging about Padraig being a champion golfer they have

This is my main thing with everything LIV. No conversation can be real. Ever

Run with Bryson. Run with brooks last year. But using anything from Charl,Graeme, Stenson etc and what they did multiple years ago is Nazi level propaganda. Why?

That’s fair, but 3 of those 8 have finished top 15 in a major since joining LIV, including Phil’s T2 in the 2023 Masters.

They’re still capable of playing great golf

LIV doesn’t have the horses the PGA does. It’s not designed to create them either, just buy them.

The idea behind LIV is a “league” where all the better golfers play.
But they have to get them all there.

And pay wildly over value for all of them otherwise they wouldn’t ever leave the PGA Tour. If LIV was backed by real investors that wanted a return on their money, LIV would never exist.

You mean, like the "elevated" or Signature events on the PGA Tour?
