I use Under Armour Cold Gear long sleeve shirt and leggings along with a thicker golf shirt not a thin summer shirt and a pair of wind resistant golf pants. A nice vest and a fleece jacket. Your forecast looks cloudy - mostly cloudy and windy. I’d wear a windbreaker as well. Those colder temps with full sunshine and no wind are not a problem for me. A good pair of wool socks is a must. Like others have said a good beanie and those hand warmers which you can get off amazon prime really help. Your ball will not fly as far so choose your clubs accordingly.

as others have said, thermal bottom and top is key. then layer with very loose clothes. If you are not used to playing in the cold and you throw on something heavy, it will destroy your swing. something to keep in mind.

I read an article recently out of one of the better golf magazines stating that golfers that play under cold conditions should do this in picking the proper golf ball to play with.
The premier balls that Pros play with (and I choose not to name them in order to be fair to all competitors) are designed to be "compressed" at a certain club head speed. In cases when temperatures are a factor, most golfers can't maintain that club head speed like they can when it is warmer. Thus, the ball does not compress and the players will actually lose distance as well as performance in their short game.
Players should opt out for the time being and play lower compression and softer golf balls. Do a quick survey online as to what balls have a lower compression and play with those until temperatures get above the 70 - 72 degree mark. Another advantage is that these lower compression balls are about 30% cheaper than premier golf balls. The only negative, premier balls are also designed to last the full 18 holes and still maintain their strength, most soft balls start wearing out around the 15th hole... that is if you don't lose them by then.

I’m aware, my post was just in reference to using hand warmers on golf balls.
Aren't both usually carried around in one's pocket?

Cart cover and small propane heater.

we play in the cold frequently (yesterday's high was 48)
for me, i like to keep my head and hands warm so i wear a knit hat and keep a pair of titleist mittens handy. hand warmers in my pockets. i also prefer walking when it is colder. i try to limit layers because i don't like to feel restricted. yesterday i wore a thermal underlayer and rather thin hoodie (dark color which absorbs sunlight)

Use a softer ball. I play a 1x typically but will bust out the Maxfli’s in early spring.
I do not play golf between September and March though, so take my suggestion with a grain of salt.

It is true that heating golf balls “unnaturally” with any type of chemical hand warmer, similar to those hand warmer packs used when snow skiing, is illegal. Body heat is okay. On cold days, I use 2 balls, putting one in my pants pocket to keep warm with body temperature, and rotate them from hole to hole.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their tips. I used a ton of stuff in here. We did have to modify the tournament, making it a one day event instead of two.
On to the results, I played the best round of my life. I am a 17 handicap from the tees I was playing, and shot an 84. I had the best front 9 I've ever played, shooting a 38 and started off birdie/par/par/birdie. Unfortunately, the wind really picked up on the back 9 and my 17 handicap mistakes also picked up. It was a net best ball tournament, and my team won by 4 shots.
And I owe you all a ton of thanks for helping make it happen!

That was the craziest non-hurricane wind I can remember in Central Florida.
The morning was not bad, and I wish I would have gone out. Saturday afternoon and Sunday were cold.
Great tournament for you!
