The way he addresses his putts is very cringe to watch.

That’s all fair. I don’t particularly like when players complain about putt concessions or when the rules don’t go their way. Also not a fan of the “calling a putt good” rule. If it’s a give me, you shouldn’t have a problem putting it in the hole.
Cantlay does have that look like he was beat up in school and just stayed the course and kept practicing. Looks disheveled and not polished. I guess I enjoy the different approaches the game and he’s just a bit of a different flavor.

He was ranked 21st on tour in strokes gained putting last year. I don't care for the guy either, but y'all act like he is some hack from the local muni.

I’ve said it before, but watching yesterday I think it’s gotten worse. He looks like a guy who really has to shite, but needs to putt out first.
