Will these private clubs let Korn Ferry tour players (and their guest) play or do you still need to know a member?

Trying to find somewhere for tomorrow. I guess pros don't know that us common folk need a few days notice to find a tee time.

ETA: alternatively, does anybody have a spot for 2 tomorrow? One player is really, really good while the other is shitty (me)

This all day for public in that area. I love that course.

If you can go Mon-Thur in the afternoon their twighlight rate that starts at 2 is only $39 too.

How nice is it since they renovated? Used to go out there after work sometimes just to get some practice in. Was always in pretty shitty shape, but super cheap.

Last time I played it was dry as bone But that was a few months ago. It’s typically in good shape. They didn’t change a hole lot on the layout but everything is improved.

Yeah it is. I had actually kind of forgotten about it and haven't played there in a while. I'm gonna have to take a half day in the next week or 2 and go play it during the week.

I played Memorial yesterday and it was terrific. Tom Doak renovation was really well done. Pace of play is slow (5 hours) but the place was in terrific shape and the greens are a lot of fun. Crazy slopes. $41 w/cart for a weekday afternoon

Usually your mid tier private clubs will while your elite private clubs won’t. The KF guy needs to call the head pro first.

Played on Saturday. With everyone walking it’s slow, but whatever.

The course was in great shape, lot of fun. Got raped on the front 9

Golf Club of Houston Tournament Course is in great condition. Played with my buddy from Korn Ferry tour. Even he said it was prime.

He shot a 35/39 tipping everything out. Wind picked up big time on the back nine. He gave me honors on the first tee, and I managed to tie him with a par. So hole 2 was the last time I had honors that round hahaha.

Those guys play a completely different game than we do. I have never seen someone hit a 2-iron like that. Just bonkers.
