There is a north course and a south course. North course is a shite hole but much cheaper. South course is nicer and usually in good shape but more expensive (about $100 to play). In my opinion it’s overpriced.

South is worth playing because it is a cool setting. City Park, lot of oak trees, fun course to play.

That said, I played nine yesterday, and it is not in good shape. They seem to have lost a few of the greens on the edges. Bunkers were shite and not cared for. I don't know if it is the new pro, but the course has been in much better shape previously.

North course is a goat ranch but an easy walk. Much narrower as well.

South course isn’t bad but it’s very overpriced, even at the daily deals (prepay) rate. Book a tee time during the middle of the week or during odd hours for a better price. The rate includes cart and a bucket of balls.

Played on Monday and all this is true. Very disappointing to see. Probably the worst conditions I've ever seen out there. Not even close to worth the $90 they are charging on a Monday afternoon. I can't see myself going back out there until I know the course is back in the condition it normally is.
