Have a trip out west and booked a round at legacy for my trip.

It’s a decent little track and not overly difficult. I would say it is not a target style course. It also doesn’t feel like a “desert” course as there aren’t a ton of cactus and such.
Are you playing anywhere else? When are you playing and what’s your handicap?

Not what you would think a course in Arizona would be like but it’s always in great shape.

Going to also play in Tucson but haven’t booked it yet. PHX is on Nov 5th, Tucson the 6th.
I’m sitting at 18 right now.

You will enjoy the course. Should be in great shape.
Look into Arizona National in Tucson. Cool layout w memorable holes. Also will give you a desert feel.

Nice! I only played it once but I liked it.
Let me know how you like the courses.

Legend club was in perfect condition. It was cart path only but the fair ways were great, tee boxes clean and greens rolled amazing. It was cheap for the experience.
Arizona National was also great, perfect condition, more of a desert setting. The Mountain View’s all around, stunning holes and the course was in amazing shape.
I played well at both shooting 86 and 88. I’m a big fan of AZ golf.

For sure, I am going to try and get back out in the spring.

The greens at Dino mountain can be insane. You can tap a 3 ft putt and it’ll go 15 feet by the hole

Dinosaur Mountain was a great track. We didn't get to experience the insane greens due to rye overseed. They had then a little long. But it was a great round with some great holes and views. The course condition was awesome and of the 3 we played it was my favorite track.
Golf Club of Estella was my least fav but it was still nice and I'd still recommend it. It was the 'flatest' of the 3 we played. But the greens were perfect and putted true. Lots of houses on the course which takes away from the view and experience.
Sunridge was awesome and challenging. The last six holes are called the Wicked Six and there's a reason! All six play uphill back up out of the valley and they take some great shots to make pars. Greens were awesome and due to the mountain/valley effect you had to pay attention to that to properly read the greens. It's a GREAT track I just liked Dinosaur Mountain a tad bit better.

You played three great tracks, all different as well. Honestly, Dino can let the green speeds get out of hand for the slopes on the greens during the winter. Be glad they weren’t cut down yet.
I have buddies coming in this week and we are hitting Greyhawk Talon, both Verrado courses, Sunridge, Eagle Mtn, and WeKoPa Colla course.
I’m sure I will be beat.

Mingo did, but he can’t tell you about his experience because some busters got him banned.
