Any issue with the girlfriend bringing her dog on a leash to walk Webb?

assuming any dog droppings are bagged up and thrown away. Girlfriend likes to walk in the evenings with me to get out of the house, but her lab is staying with us during this stint.

Acceptable or nah?

I don't know a a course around here that allows it.... but that's strictly a question for the club.

Yeah, it's probably not "allowed" per se, but I see people walking City Park with their dogs all the time especially since they shut down.

Was just looking for other golfer's opinions on it since Webb is a small step up.

I walked 18 on Monday, just a few notes - there arent very many trashcans out so hope its not multiple bathroom breaks and since everyone is walking (well except 1 guy who brought his own cart out there ) maybe have her and the dog walk on the cart path so there is no mess in the fairway where everyone is walking

Make sure the dog craps on 2 green. That hole was very hard back in the day.

I doubt they give you any shite about it. Some of the rules seem suspended right now. I’m actually liking it. I see families outside walking, playing, etc.It reminds me of growing up in the 80’s/90’s

Keep it on the leash and it shouldn’t be problem. My dog has walked rounds with me all over America! Screw any golf course that doesn’t allowed dogs.

I walked Webb Monday afternoon and played behind a female who was probably late 20s-ish who brought her dog along. She had its leash tied to her push-cart. At first I thought "oh shite. She is going to take forever", but she was a decent golfer and her dog behaved and she played at a good pace. I never at any point was slowed down by her.

Point being, if the gf must bring her dog, as long as they don't act like assholes on the course, I see no issue with it.

My wife and dog have been tagging along for my afternoon rounds at Webb and City Park. As long as you clean after the dog I don't really see a problem with it.
