So many of my favorite games on the SNES
Which makes a SNES everdrive a really nice investment
I mean the fan translated games open up a whole other catalog, especially for RPGs.

Atari - Missile Command / Asteroids / Space Invaders tie
Vic20 - Omega Race
C64 - Bards Tale III
NES - Sid Meier's Pirates
SNES - Final Fantasy III
PS2 - Madden / Tiger Woods / Vice City tie
Xbox - Skyrim
PS4 - God of War / Last of Us / HZD tie
Some I can't pick a clear winner because I played the games over and over.

Fort Apocalypse
I'd forgotten about that one. That was lots of fun. I went with Bard's Tale 3 because it pushed the C64 to the limit and was a super long game.

People complain about games being too expensive but I'm sure Fort Apocalypse was $30 and if you were good you could complete the full game in 7 minutes. I wasn't good but i do think I was able to complete it, just not in 7 minutes and it probably took 100 tries.
