also, did we ever get actual confirmation that deathwing is dead? Or did he just slip off that rock to the depths? Because that screams the same shite we have seen fiftyleven other times, like I said in my last post where we beat them but dont finish them off.

Yeah I resubed and bought the expansion... They deffently have improved game play by pruning abilities. Not a huge fan of the hunter changes but from what I read they are quite fun at 110. DH play this weekend so I'll give my opinion later. I decided to lvl an alliance priest bc I've always been horde, and it's like a fresh game for me.

Fire mage is the top performing DPS class right now in the beta, I expect they'll get nerfed a bit to bring them in line with everyone else but the future looks promising for them.

Playing the beta has given me a lot of hope for this new expansion. The world feels so much more active and there is so much more to do. Yes you have a class hall but unlike garrisons you only really check in from time to time. Most of your time will be spent out in the world.

People are comparing Legion to Burning Crusade but to me it feels much more like WoTLK (in a good way) and for once I'm really looking forward to the future.

So much this. I was loving the frick out of that expac when it first came out and then it just went back to the same old same old bullshite. Way too long between actual content with grindy daily fake content stuck in between.

Blizz has an obsession with giving you JUST enough to keep you happy and busy. Every time the redesign something, they make some of it really cool, but they ALWAYS do something to make it a tradeoff. Like they cant give anything that we will just enjoy. Like the new transmog thing. Its amazing, except that you cant add anything to the transmog library except stuff that is your armor specialty. Like even though a warrior can wear leather, he cant add it to his transmog library and he cant transmog it onto gear of that type. Also, you have to go to the transmog guy to hide your cloak and helmet every time you get a new one. I dont like helmets and usually dont like cloaks so I keep them turned off. Cant do that anymore. When you are leveling or gearing up and you get an upgrade, cant hide it until you get to a city. It's like, we are going to do this awesome thing, but we are going to do this shitty thing just so you dont enjoy it too much.

They have held fast to that philosophy since day one. For every ounce of cool stuff they add, they HAVE to add AT LEAST an ounce of bullshite.

They have to do it that way otherwise plate wearers have an advantage over all the others

This thread convinced me to download and resub last night.

It'll be the first time I've played WoW since lich king. Really looking forward to checking out what all has changed.
