Was watching an Asmondgold WOW classic youtube video and they were talking about getting ready for BC.
I thought Classic was vanilla without all the expansions. So they're actually going to release the expansions into Classic? Doesn't that go against the whole idea of Classic?
I played vanilla back in the day and never had an urge to do it again, so I don't keep up with Classic or news about it.

it's going to be a separate game most likely with options to start a new character at 55

I don’t think anything is official, people are just speculating.
But with the number of people that subbed for classic (and are still subbing), and what I assume is a relatively “easy” development since you aren’t starting from scratch, I think a stand-alone BC (or the option to copy over your classic char) makes sense.

Not official but Blizzard sent out a poll asking about how players would feel about BC.
I don’t know if they will go past BC or Wrath.

I would be cool with BC. I played WoW back in the day before any of the expansions were released and just started playing Classic. It would be cool to see what I missed because the full game is overwhelming.

Yeah, I stopped when they brought in the fricking pandas.
I’ve been playing Classic, I originally started at the beginning of BC, so I’m looking forward to that.

I might try out BC when it releases because it was great. I loved classic but, had nowhere near the time to invest into it that I use to.
