Why is my V-Moda BoomPro mic (using w/ Philips SHP9500s) so low?

It seems I am fine on video games, but for work on my MS Teams meetings people say they can barely hear me. My levels are at 100 in Windows and all of the options for MS Teams are maxed as well. When I go to the sound control panel and to recording devices and talk the bar to the right isn't even really getting into the green when I talk, unless I am almost yelling, and then still it's barely showing sound.

What should I do? The mic is an attachment to the headset which is then plugged into the onboard sound via 3.5 mm jack. The only other thing I can think of is uninstall drivers and restart Windows?? But unsure which option to select here?? Do I uninstall something up at the top in Audio inputs and outputs or below under Sound, video and game controllers?

You need to use the splitter that came with the mic. Your pc should have 2 3.5mm slots, one for the mic and one for the headset. Rig it up that way
