Stafford, White, or Harvin
Harvin probably loses because EA probably already has the 2011 cover designed with Tebow plastered on it, but White, Stafford, or maybe Crabtree seem like good ones to me.
I think Big Herm would be an awesome cover though!
EDIT: Oh, and I guess Sanchez is in the mix, since he's from USC and all

IT should Be Pat White he had more of an impact on college football, than anyone else being named, during their respective careers. He deserves it.

No way in hell did he have a bigger impact than Percy Harvin. Harvin was the biggest playmaker on 2 NC teams.
