I never did the surgery, but when I tore my knee up, a friend loaned me his. It has an electronic pump that pumps the ice water all around that wrap and just feels so good on the knee. Not sure you can just buy one at a drug store, but again, I never had to purchase it.
Here's one.

This is the brand I used but this doesn't have a pump.

Well, from reading the reviews, sounds like the exact thing you need

I'm in a holding ( no new games) pattern until Fallout.
Started a new play through of Borderlands 2 and I just killed Angel last night.
Last time, I burned out before I finished all of the DLC. Trying to get through the game and all of the DLC I own.

Never finished the Big Game Hunt or whatever it's called. I think that's it. Never touched the Madd Moxxii episodes.

My trip to Houston has been cancelled, so I'll probably finish Until Dawn (got 1 day free from Redbox, so I should be able to finish it this weekend without much trouble).
