Got this on PSVR just bc I was browsing the store and saw this was free. The Homecoming one is trash, so avoid that one.

This one is completely free, has a story mode and free play mode, and you can swing around Manhattan from building to building open world like. It's not hugely polished, but it's very decent, and the price is right.

It's pretty damn cool for a free "experience" and it makes me really excited for what the Iron Man VR game is going to be.

It's free on all VR platforms, check it out.

It's not polished but for a 100% free game where you can web sling around Manhattan it's 100% legit

Has me very excited for the new Iron Man VR coming out this year

Holy shite that's fun. The first time I jumped off the building I had to stable myself

Swinging took a second to get used to but it didn't take long. I started on the campaign and failed twice trying to corner the robot so went and did the free play for an hour.

Is there a date for iron man?

I can't get past the robot either

I couldn't get swinging down at first, then after watching my daughter play story I saw her sling web, then pull the controller towards yourself like you are pulling the web string, it's a game changer and it all clicked.

So much fun

I think I would Blorp all over the place. I still haven't given Borderlands a second try after it made me motion sick. Might try it again this week with the holiday.

I don't think I could get used to the sensation of falling over and over with the web slinging travel.

It doesn't make much sense but I found it easier to swing by slinging webs cross armed.

I don't get motion sickness any more but this one got me. Definitely worth toughing it out if you can though

Yes the motion sickness is real here, but if you power through it's very rewarding. The only other game that got me good was BL2 in vehicles. Haven't gone back since but I will

I downloaded it yesterday and gave the freeplay a shot and found it needed some work. The vignette aspect sucks fricking balls and it's on by default. What I especially hated was that if you use your joystick to turn it's like it's taking a damned picture instead of just swiveling your view.

I didn't think about the hand-movement thing, will give that a shot the next time I play it. The physics of the swing without doing that though was spot on. Having to use both to guide yourself feels far more realistic than using a single web that goes in a straight line but somehow swings you out and around.

Hanging off the side of a building and trying to look around a corner behind you really does give you that feeling of being high up with the possibility of falling but nothing beats that first jump though

Are the PS Move controllers required for this game? I've got to replace both of my Move controllers because the batteries in them are completely shot, to the point that they won't hold a single bit of juice.

It needs an update for Index controllers, if it could track fingers and let you shoot webs with Spidey's hand gesture, it would be badass. I played with the controller bindings, but couldn't get anything I really liked, I really fricking hate games that use comfort turning as default.

It was pretty meh overall to me. Climbey is better, hell this could be replicated in VRChat with the climbey type system they have now and use the VRChat world of Time Square and be a frick ton better.
