someone tell me if I understand this right
If the bar goes 75% towards democracy (dotted line on the gauge), then commands will be entered by majority rule ?
and in order for it to go back to anarchy, the gauge would have to get all the way back down 75% towards the anarchy side ..?

The reason for this asymmetry is that with the equal 75% it took a smaller majority to disrupt democracy mode then it did to reinstate anarchy mode.

I'm gonna be honest, I thought it'd take them at least a year to actually beat the game, but somehow these 70k people are somehow eventually getting shite done.
It's beyond me how goals are being accomplished within all this chaos.

It really is astonishing. I would have never thought they would be able to do Surge's gym. But with the current team, I really don't see how they can beat the elite 4, hell I don't even think they can beat Sabrina right now. The team is very Normal/Flying heavy. Not a good team to have later on. Absolutely nothing to handle dragons.

Eventually the team will gain enough experience and beat them based on sheer level advantage.

They just clicked on the Helix fossil for a solid 5 minutes during the fight, and the thing to say in the chat in reply to Oak was "IT'S ALWAYS TIME TO USE THE HELIX FOSSIL"
