Looks like it resets every time also which kinda sucks. I like to rank up and get packages.

Yeah it resets every Iron Banner; I kinda like it. It also seems like you progress from level to level quicker; but that may just be the bounties playing into it.

They removed the tempered buff from IB overall, but apparently there is a buff when you play on your alts that lets you level them up quicker.

Yeah it has always done that. Max rank is five.
I think they do it that way because gear drops so much more frequently at the end of matches than in normal crucible.

I've been in around 10 matches so far and already got 5 of the automatic rifle drop.

The gear drops were great last night. I only played for an hour though the 3am alarm hit pretty early today.
Prolly gonna play a good bit tonight though. I gotta hit rank 3 to finish this bounty I been toying around for 5 months

Yep, I believe it is a 2x buff. So, when you turn in the 4 bounties on your second character, you already have 6,000/8,000 XP needed to reach rank 5

It's insufferable. Only for Iron Banner. Play normal crucible and it is usually just fine. There will be one guy every once in a while with a bad connection, but every Iron banner, you'll have 4 people red barring on the same team.

Shockingly I've only run into one team that was bad.
Trials is where it really pisses me off. We played a team last week while we were farming for the 'Vigilant Disciple' emblem and we looked them up while we were flying in from orbit on Trials Report and they had very unimpressive stats.
As we load in and start we immediately notice that it's laggy as shite and then boom, our third gets dropped. Didn't matter though, we ended up beating them 5-2 down a man. I freaking hate DDOS shite. I dealt with way too much of that crap in MLB the Show this year.
Those are the people who need to be perma banned.

I've noticed if you're playing a clan and they race out to a 30-<10 lead, you might as well just bail. It's one thing in death match where you can individually drag your team to a win, but individually you aren't doing shite in Iron Banner.

I knew it felt like my Warlock shot up in rank. He was rank 5 before I even finished my last bounty and I really don't feel like I won that much more.
But he was sooooo much easier to play as than my shitty Hunter.

If I get in a match where people aren't using shotguns then I enjoy it a lot. If it's all shotgunners I'm miserable.

It's just awful. The balancing is just so bad. That's the biggest issue. Games with even teams are decent enough. Shot gunners can off themselves for all I care, but the games can still be fun. The problem is games are never even. Only a landslide.
