Tiny Wings...Anyone have tips to get to the 9th island?

I think I have reached a wall.
My objectives are:
Get to the 9th island.
Make it through the entire 4th island in fever mode.
Get 20 cloud touches without fever mode.
Ugh, may have to find a new game.

I can't freaking get the 5 cloud touches while in fever mode! My highest score is a little over 100,000 whats your game center name
Edit:injust did it. I did not know it ment just 5 total. I thought it ment five in a row.
