I think the release date is in June now cause it's earlier May release got pushed back.

The environment as a weapon will be a nice addition. Need a distraction? Throw a brick. Need a quick melee weapon? Use said brick and bash in a clickers head. 
Also the campaign AI changes or "evolves". If you try a strategy with the Infected or Humans and fail...it wont just revert to same "positions". The infected or Humans will change areas, actions/reactions, and number of targets.
