People do this constantly. They're trying to get you to shoot them so they can turn around and kill you and steal you stuff with them not going rogue.
We just sit back and let them kill the enemies. If there is a "named" boss in the area then just get a couple of shots into him. After that just sit back and let the annoying agents either die or kill the enemies.

Depends on what level you are, I was lower level and I preferred to break my useless stuff down and stack my weapon parts, fiber, etc. for when I was high level. As a result I was able to craft a high end lvl 30 pistol (damascus, I believe) when I hit lvl 30 so I think it's better to break items down, imo.

I have the answer to your question about why your crafted weapon had lower damage than what was listed in the recipe
It is a bug.
Solution: Before you buy from a vendor and begin crafting, log out and log back in

Just confirmed, you have full ammo for ALL weapons in your inventory, so if you keep one of each type and visit an ammo box you have a ton of weapons at your disposal.

Stash is shared for all chars on an account. Extracted dz loot goes there too.
Regarding best upgrade wings, depends on playstyle.
Imo , I've enjoyed upgraded filters from med, canine from security for intel.
Then upgrades to pulse and healing station from med.
Upgrade to smart cover from security
Upgrade to sticky bombs from tech

Its an alright sniper, really needs the steady talent though to make it top tier. I wouldn't worry about it too much, you'll get something better.

If I were you I'd just break down extra weapons and other stuff for when you get higher, you still have a lot of story missions and side missions that will pay you good money and you'll also get a shite ton of XP and you will rank up faster than you think.

Can anyone help me understand the gear mods or link me to a good summary?
I've started to have gear that when I highlight it, it shows it increases different stats pretty significantly, however when it is equipped, it doesn't do what it is showing. Like say my DPS is 6000. This gear shows it going up to 6500 but the firearm arrows are pointing down. I equip it and my dps goes down to like 5800 or something.
