I think I'm at 31 hrs? But I've just been going through each zone and doing everything. Main missions, the 3 wing missions, side missions & the collectibles.

Good info from reddit
In total they are 12 different enemies.
The Assault - These are normal troopers in a group of enemies, they are the drones. You should only prioritize these if there is no sniper with them.
Rushers - Their symbol is a lightning bolt. Rioters and Cleaners are usually equipped with melee weapons / shields. Rikers and LMB will rush you with a shotgun. They are very deadly. They will try to get you out of your cover, while the rest of the group attacks. Focus on them when they get close as they are often in the open while trying to reach you.
Leader - Leader's symbol is similar to the assault, but one rank up. While they are more part of a quest to clear out a enemy stronghold than actual tactical aspect, they do deal more damage and they also buff other enemies while alive.
Controller - They are equipped with a turret that supports them with continuous damage output. You can cancel the turret with an EMP grenade. Another good tactic against them is to use some tear gas or stun grenades. This prevents them from placing down turrets.
Heavy Weapons - They are usually very stationary and equipped with a heavy machine gun. They have a huge ammo pack on their backs, that is also their weak-spot. If you hit that ammo pack enough it will start blowing up like fireworks.
Mech - (not an actual mech unfortunately). Now their symbol is a turret but I dont think i've ever encountered one before. They are probably deploying some sort of seeker mines and other tech. I can only assume that EMP grenades are a good counter for those. Let me know if you've seen them.
Scout - Scouts are consistently one of the hardest enemies, they do not have an icon over their character as they rush you with a shotgun, silently and tactically. Stay close together to help each other in group. via /u/GoodMorningMars
Snipers - Their cover gives them away because you can see the reflection of their scopes. The best way to deal with Snipers is to get up close. When you get close to them they pull out a weak sidearm and you can kill them pretty easily with no risk for you.
Support - The Support throws down a deployable med station, exactly like the one we get. Just without any perks on it. They usually throw them out in the open and take half a clip to be killed. via /u/Raznek
Tanks - Usually slow and bulky enemy that can eat a lot of damage. The tank of the group should keep this unit busy until the rest of the group is dealt with. Do not prioritize them.
Thrower - Equipped with different grenades. You see a very clear countdown, when they try to throw the grenade. Shoot them while they try to throw the grenade and they will drop it and damage themselves and those around them.
Special enemies - These are for the most part named enemies. They have their own set of skills and their own set of tactics. Best way to deal with them is to never lose sight of them in a fight. Slow them down with tear gas grenades and coordinate your attacks with others in your group.

The most annoying thing is people queuing up for the daily challenge mission when their gear isn't high enough.

Where is this? Haven't seen it yet

When you reach 30, there are dailys tasks like in destiny. Some of the dailys ask you to repeat missions on hard, while others have a challenge mode. Every NPC is an elite in this mode. So you have to have a lot of dps and know how to use stun grenades or stun abilities
You can rerun this daily challenge as many times as you want and still receive the Phoenix coins and one exotic gear piece for completing. The boss also has a chance to drop an exotic as well

I want to buy this game but can't convince myself to

Posted on 3/13/16 at 11:17 am to Henry Jones Jr
What's stopping you from buying it?
Posted on 3/13/16 at 12:08 pm to hawgfaninc
I don't know honestly. I haven't seen any reviews yet and I usually buy a game after reading multiple reviews and watching gameplay videos. I've seen some gameplay but none that point out the game's weaknesses.
Is there a lot of RNG? How much customization is there and how big is the open world?

I'm jealous. I definitely could have gotten close to that by now, but I have been trying to not outlevel my friends so we can all go in to the darkzone together.
