Tell me which xbox to buy. I need one for the car game.

Xbox series S

No disk drive
Solid state internal drive
Good frames at 1440p resolution.

Unless u need the 4k gaming in a big tv and a disk drive..then get xbox series x

Eta..if 300 is target get series S bc it's 299

So can you use a disk for the Series S?
I need a console for the disk. Our internet on the island sucks

All you would need with the S would just be the initial download. After that you dont have to have good internet.

The OneX is fine if you just want to play games made prior to this year.If you can find one under $200.00 it may be worth the savings to you. If you have to have a disk drive the Series X would be worth the wait if you plan to play new games.

I am convinced Msft purposely made their brand new line of systems with very similar names so that moms and dads would mistakenly buy little Johnny / Susie an older Xbox because they wouldn't have a lot of stock of their new stuff on shelves.

Which system did you go with OP ?

I have the Series S. It's great, just plan on an external storage option or plan on constantly deleting and re-installing games. Currently have halo mc, forza 4, battlefront 2, and the Witcher on the hard drive and I don't have enough space for another game.
